Magnesium Carbonate is indicated in cases of increased risk of magnesium deficiency (pregnancy, lactation, puberty, anxiety, etc.), to supplement diets poor in this element, for skeletal and muscle health (cramps, tics, contractures) and especially recommended for people with magnesium deficiency and digestive sensitivity.

How to take Magnesium carbonate?

It is recommended to take 1 teaspoon of coffee, twice a day.
