Guava, sacred basil and lemon combine to provide a concentrate of B vitamins. Vitamin B6, associated with magnesium, contribute to normal psychological and nervous functions. Also rich in thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2) and pantothenic acid (B5), these vitamins contribute to energy metabolism. Folic acid (B9) helps reduce fatigue.
How to take Magnesium + Vitamin B6 BIO?
