5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan) is not normally obtained through the diet, but is made by the body from the amino acid tryptophan, and is later transformed into the neurotransmitter known as serotonin. This Nature's Bounty® food supplement formula also contains niacin and vitamin B6. Combination for psychological balance, improves mood, can improve sleep pattern, effective in depression. Synergy with magnesium, niacin and B6 as cofactors of relaxation and brain metabolism. Support in fibromyalgia reducing pain.

How to take 5-HTP with niacin and vitamin B6?

It is recommended to take as required or before going to bed.
