How to take Instant Energy B12?

It is recommended to take 1 sachet a day. Mix water, juice, or your favorite beverage, or consume straight.

Precautions

Only for adults. Consult a physician if you are pregnant / nursing, taking medications, especially prescription medications that affect kidney function, or if you have a medical condition, including kidney failure. Manufactured in facilities that handle wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans, and nuts.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place after opening. Keep out of the reach of children.

Composition of Instant Energy B12

Ingredients:
Creatine monohydrate, Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) (D-calcium pantothenate), Niacin (vitamin B3) (niacinamide), Vitamin B-12 (cyanocobalamin, methylcobalamin (coenzyme form) and dibencozide (coenzyme form)), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCI), Folate (folic acid), Chromium (chromium picolinate), Sweetener (xylitol), Maltodextrin from rice, Acidity regulator (citric acid), Stabilizer (cellulose), Citrus aromas, Anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

For 1 envelope:
Thiamine (Thiamine HCI) (1.5 mg), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) (1.7 mg), Niacin (vitamin B3) (niacinamide) (20 mg), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCl) (2 mg), Folate ( folic acid) (400 µg), Vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin, methylcobalamin (co-enzyme form) and dibencozide (co-enzyme form) (2000 µg), Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) (calcium d-pantothenate) (30 mg ), Chromium (chromium picolinate) (60 µg), Creatine Monohydrate (250 mg).
