Rice flour, Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin), vegetable capsule (coating agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), gelling agent (gellan gum)), Liposome (Phosphatidylcholine from sunflower oil), olive oil, and anti-caking agents (Silicon dioxide, magnesium salts fatty acids).
