Description
Vegan protein with pea protein isolate (high in lysine) and rice protein (high in methionine) as main sources. It has added L-Leucine to try to resemble the protein synthesis of a whey protein and the formulation is completed with added vitamin B12 to help achieve the necessary B12 intake.
Properties and benefits of Vegan protein vanilla flan
Vegan proteins, in general, do not have the same protein synthesis as those of plant origin, therefore, the solution was to add L-Leucine to try to make proteins of plant origin similar to that of animal origin. To alleviate all the common limiting amino acids, methionine and lysine, pea protein isolate (high in lysine) and rice protein (high in methionine) are used as the main source.
How to take Vegan protein vanilla flan?
It is recommended to dissolve 30 g (1 heaping scoop) of product in 200 ml of water.
