Horsetail from Obire Horsetail is a medicinal plant rich in minerals, tannins and saponins.

Properties and benefits of Horse tail

Due to its composition, it has remineralizing and recalcifying properties, increasing the strength of the connective tissue. Due to its silicon content (present in skin, nails, teeth, cartilage, ligaments and bones) it stimulates the regeneration of all collagen and elastin fibers that form them. It is used in the treatment of nails and fragile hair, in all kinds of bone problems, stretch marks and breast flaccidity.
Lastly, for its flavonoid content. It has diuretic properties, so it is used in cases of fluid retention.

How to take Horse tail?

As a dietary supplement, take two (2) tablets daily with meals.

Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet. A healthy lifestyle is recommended.
