Properties and benefits of Strong magnesium

Physalis Magnesium forte contains a synergy of three easily assimilated forms of magnesium: magnesium bisglycinate and glycerophosphate, as well as marine magnesium extracted from mineral-rich seawater (Aquamin Mg). This synergy is complemented by vitamins B6 and B12 (in their biactive form), which also help reduce fatigue.

How to take Strong magnesium?

1 to 2 tablets a day are recommended. Take during meals with a little water.

Precautions

Keep out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the indicated dose. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Magnesium bisglycinate, Bulking agent: gum arabic, Magnesium glycerophosphate, Aquamin Mg (magnesium hydroxide), Coating agent: fatty acids, Gelling agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Cellulose, Colorant: calcium carbonate, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12.

For 2 tablets:
Magnesium (200 mg), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5'-phosphate)(2.8 mg), Vitamin B12 (MecobalActive, methylcobalamin)(50 µg).
