Equisalud's liposomal magnesium is a food supplement based on highly bioavailable magnesium for nerves, chronic fatigue and generalized discomfort.

Properties and benefits of liposomal magnesium

Magnesium is an essential micronutrient for bone formation and development, energy production, electrolyte balance, and proper muscle and nerve function. A magnesium deficiency is associated with muscular (cramps), cardiovascular (hypertension), as well as neuronal (hyperactivity, chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia) disorders.

Liposomal Magnesium is formulated with Lipolife's liposome technology, which allows for superior bioavailability and greater absorption that makes it easier to administer higher doses with fewer adverse effects.

How to take liposomal magnesium?

It is recommended to take one or two teaspoons (5 ml - 10 ml) a day, with or without food. Shake before using. It can be taken directly or mixed with water or juice.

Precautions

Magnesium-based food supplement. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of little kids.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened store in the refrigerator.

Composition of liposomal magnesium

Water, emulsifier (organic sunflower lecithin), humectant (glycerol), ethanol, magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate), preservative (potassium sorbate), antioxidant (vitamin E).

Per daily dose (5 ml): Magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate), 62.5 mg (16.67% NRV*); vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol).
