Properties and benefits of L-tyrosine

Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, to normal cognitive function, to normal energy metabolism, to normal oxygen transport in the body, to the normal functioning of the immune system, to the process of cell division and helps to slow down tiredness and fatigue.

Zinc contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, to the protection of cells against oxidative damage, to the process of cell division, to normal cognitive function, to the maintenance of normal bones, nails and skin, to the normal metabolism of macronutrients and normal protein synthesis.

Selenium contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, to the maintenance of normal hair and nails, to normal thyroid function and to the protection of cells against oxidative damage.

How to take L-tyrosine?

Take one (1) or two (2) capsules a day, with half a glass of water (125 mL), preferably without meals, or as recommended by a professional.

Composition of L-tyrosine

L-Tyrosine, capsule: coating agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), Ferrochel® [ferrous bisglycinate, acidulant (citric acid), maltodextrin, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide)], zinc citrate, anti-caking agents (AEROSIL ® 200 F (silicon dioxide) and magnesium salts of fatty acids) and sodium selenite.

For 2 capsules: L-tyrosine 1000 mg, iron 6 mg, zinc 6 mg, selenium 20 µg.
