Whole Wheat Flour Eco is the product of milling that preserves all the components of the grain. Thus, it includes the bran or husk, the germ and the starch.

Indication

Unlike white or refined flour, it preserves the outer covering of the wheat or bran grain and wheat germ, which contain a large amount of fiber, essential fatty acids, minerals, B vitamins and iron. It stands out for having an amount of fiber 3 times higher than white flour. It also has a high content of vitamins and minerals, such as B complex vitamins, vitamin E, iron, potassium, magnesium, zinc, among others.

Intake mode
