It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day.

Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of little kids. Avoid consumption together with medicines and other fiber-based food supplements. An excessive consumption of fructooligosaccharides can cause intestinal discomfort. It should not be consumed by pregnant women.

Composition of Vitamin C complex

Fructooligosaccharides (Chicory (Cichorium intybus L., root)), bamboo fiber (Bambusa bambos L., stem), bulking agent: calcium phosphate (E 341), rosehip extract (Rosa canina L., flower), extract of Citrus flavonoids (Citrus aurantium L., fruit), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), acerola dry extract (Malpighia punicifolia L., fruit), anti-caking agents: silica (E 551) and magnesium stearate (E 470b).

For 1 tablet:
Vitamin C (80 mg), Rosehip Extract (130 mg) of which Vitamin C (65 mg), Citrus Flavonoids (80 mg) of which Synephrine (4.8 mg), Acerola Extract (65 mg) of which Vitanmin C (32.5 mg).
