How to take Arkovital Acerola 1000 Vitamin C?

Tablets to chew or suck, preferably in the morning. Children from 6 years: 1/2 tablet a day. Adults and adolescents from 15 years: 1 tablet a day.

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Keep out of the reach of children.
