Vitamin C is essential for the body. How to take Vit C AB Complex (Time Release)?

It is recommended to take it every 6 hours, up to a maximum of 3 per day.

Precautions

More than 1,000 mg of vitamin C can cause mild stomach disorders in sensitive people. This product contains citrus fruits.
