Properties and benefits of Inositol Powder

Inositol, also known as vitamin B7, is a very common compound in animal organisms where it forms various phospholipids, and in plant ones, where it is found in the form of phytic acid. Inositol plays an important role in the metabolism of lipids and LDL lipoproteins: it inhibits the accumulation of fat in the liver and participates in the construction of cell membranes and plasma lipoproteins. From a nutritional point of view, myo-inositol is the only active form of inositol and, like choline, is a structural component of lecithin. It has important effects on reproduction, mood and blood sugar and its deficiency can contribute to hair loss and a high level of LDL lipoproteins in the blood.

How to take Inositol Powder?

It is recommended to take 3 level scoops a day with water or fruit juice. Mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
