How to take Magnesium + vitamin B6 + vitamin B2?

It is recommended to dissolve an effervescent tablet in a glass of water (200 ml). Recommended dose: one tablet a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Precautions

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of little kids. Excessive consumption can produce laxative effects. May contain traces of milk.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature below 25ºC. Close the tube well after use.

Composition of Magnesium + vitamin B6 + vitamin B2

Acidity regulator (citric acid), Magnesium (magnesium carbonate), Acidity regulator (sodium carbonate, malic acid), Firming agents (sorbitols), Sweeteners (cyclamates, saccharins), seasoning, Firming agents (polyethylene glycol, pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6)), color: (Riboflavins).

For 1 effervescent tablet:
Magnesium (200 mg), Vitamin B6 (1.4 mg).
