Raab's Sweet Buttermilk is carefully spray-dried. Prior to filling, the product is enriched with lactic acid L(+) Lactobacillus Acidophilus and Bifidus lactis bacteria. Buttermilk is low in fat and contains protein.

How to take Organic sweet whey powder?

It is recommended to mix a heaping spoon (25 g) with 250 ml of liquid, water, juice, or milk and beat until a creamy mixture is obtained, consume immediately. As a liquid cure, take 1½ – 2 L a day. It can also be mixed into sweets, milk desserts and muesli. Raab sweet whey tastes excellent eg prepared with fresh fruit.
