RM-50 Protein is the combination of carbohydrates with a sustained release base. Maltodextrin is released slowly providing constant energy and helping to raise the insulin spike, while palatinase provides sustained energy while maintaining stable insulin levels.

RM-50 Protein provides several types of proteins, the protein matrix of Hydrolean Protein, the main one being a hydrolyzed whey protein, whey concentrate and a mixture of whey isolate with micellar casein.

The combination of fast-release and sustained-release proteins contributes to good muscle anabolism and good recovery.

With double creatine to help improve ATP levels, led by Kreagenic which is alkaline and does not break down or convert to creatinine.

5000mg. of added L-Glutamine, high levels of BCAA and HMB as two very effective anti-catabolics and muscle recovery.

How to take RM 50 Protein Chocolate?

After training: Take 100gr. with water or skimmed milk to take advantage of the anabolic window generated after training and favor the supply of anti-catabolics for a quick and good recovery.

During training: Take dissolved in water 100gr. of RM-50 PROTEIN and take throughout the training. Being able to take on completion, HYDROLEAN PROTEIN, GH REWARD or BCAA MATRIX depending on the objectives to be achieved.

As a complement to the diet: Complement a breakfast or mid-afternoon meal, diluting 100gr. with water or skim milk. Sustained release carbohydrates with multiple sequence proteins complement the diet without the danger of fat accumulation.
