It dilutes super well, it feels great on me, and it's super delicious, it reminds me of the porridge we had when we were little, but without the "dirty stuff." For people like me who have a slightly compromised digestive system, these proteins feel great without being bland. I drink them with warm milk, with coconut yogurt, I add it to the pancake/waffle mix and it gives everything a delicious flavor, and takes away the sweetness.

Se diluye super bien, me sienta genial, y está super rica, me recuerda a las papillas que tomábamos de pequeños, pero sin "guarrerías". Para gente como yo que tenga el sistema digestivo un poco tocado, estas proteínas sientan super bien sin ser sosas. Yo las tomo con leche calentita, con yogur de coco, la añado a la mezcla de tortitas/gofres y a todo le da un sabor riquísimo, y te quita el mono de dulce

Very good flavor and texture. Easy to digest. Good quality. At the moment I have no further observations as I only took it 3 times.
