How to take Valerian?

It is recommended to take 3 tablets a day, 1 tablet with the main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

Precautions

Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place.
