How to take Natural relaxing sarinerv?

It is recommended to consume 8 capsules a day, two every 4 hours, for adults. For adolescents, 6 capsules a day, 2 every 5 hours. For children, 4 capsules a day, 1 every 3 hours. Take the capsules with water.
