I use it when my liver gets sluggish and I start getting hives. This milk thistle extract works super well to cleanse the liver and has no side effects due to long use. I usually take it along with Burdock.

Lo uso cuando mi hígado se pone perezoso y empiezo tener urticarias. Este extracto de Cardo mariano funciona super bien para limpiar el hígado y no tiene efecto secundario por larga uso. Normalmente lo tomo junto con el Bardana.
