    I use horsetail whenever my nails are weaker and it works quite well. This is the first time I use this brand. I started using it a week ago and I already notice the difference. I am satisfied.

How to take Horse tail?

It is recommended to take after meals.

Precautions

Use in case of pregnancy and lactation only after the advice of a health technician. Not recommended in children under 12 years of age. It can cause some transient gastrointestinal disorders and a rash. It should not be consumed together with other diuretics.
