Description

Horsetail is rich in minerals, particularly silicic acid, potassium, oxalic and malic acid; it also contains tannins and saponins (equiosetonin). Thanks to its composition, it has remineralizing and recalcifying properties.

Properties and benefits of Horse tail

Increases the strength of the connective tissues, stimulates the regeneration of all the collagen and elastin fibers that form the tissues.
It is used in nail and fragile hair treatments, in all kinds of bone problems, stretch marks and breast sagging.
Due to its flavonoid content, it has diuretic properties, and is used in cases of fluid retention and cystitis.

How to take Horse tail?

It is recommended to take 2 or 3 tablets a day, divided between meals.

Precautions

Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of little kids. Avoid consumption together with medicines and other fiber-based food supplements. An excessive consumption of fructooligosaccharides can cause intestinal discomfort.

Storage conditions

Keep in a cool and dry place.

Composition of Horse tail

Horsetail powder stem (Equisetum arvense L.), horsetail extract (Equitesum arvense L.), fructooligosaccharides (Chicory (Cichorium intybus L., root)). Bulking agent: calcium phosphate (E 341), anti-caking agents: silica (E 551) and magnesium stearate (E 470b).

For 3 tablets:
Horsetail (750 mg) of which flavonoids (2.25 mg), Fructooligosaccharides (247.5 mg), Horsetail extract (225 mg) of which silica (15.8 mg).
