Respinat by El Naturalista is a food supplement that is generally recommended to help neutralize the conditions of the respiratory tract.

Properties and benefits of Respinat

Eucalyptus leaves contain a small amount of tannins but what we are mainly interested in is its essence (eucalyptol) that is eliminated by the respiratory tract where it exerts a bacteriostatic action on the airways. Menthol is the essence of Peppermint that is used as it exerts a bacteriostatic and analgesic action. Marububio seeds contain varied amounts of marrubiina, a bitter substance, which is attributed to exerting a bacteriostatic action, fl uidifying and disinfecting the bronchial mucous secretions, facilitating their elimination and relieving cough. The mucilage obtained from the marshmallow root serves as an emollient. The emollient and antitussive properties of Mallow are due to the presence of mucilage. The presence of saponins and a certain amount of mucilage in mullein justify the calming action of the respiratory tract. Pine buds have essences (mainly turpentine) that are used to combat chronic colds in the respiratory tract.

How to take Respinat?
