How to take Coligas fast capsules?

It is advisable to take 2 capsules each time, 2 times a day, half an hour before the main meals. The product can be used if necessary by taking two capsules each time, up to a maximum of three times a day.

Coriander freeze-dried fruit extract (350 mg), Ginger, freeze-dried rhizome extract (150 mg), Cumin fruit powder (450 mg), Chicory root powder (396 mg), Fennel fruit powder (160 mg ), Marshmallow root dry extract (110 mg).
