    Pianto Extra makes my day to day easier because it improves my intestinal transit, after suffering from chronic constipation and it develops defenses against flu, colds and other infections. How to take Bio Sant Joseph Pianto Classic Pack?

It is recommended to dilute it in a large glass (250 ml) of hot or cold water, fruit or vegetable juice. Chef's recipe: a glass of sparkling water + fresh lemon juice + 2 tablespoons of PIANTO. Daily dose: 2 tablespoons a day.

Precautions

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of little kids.

Storage conditions

Store at room temperature and protected from the heat of the sun. Keep in a cool place after opening.

Composition of Bio Sant Joseph Pianto Classic Pack

Fermented beetroot extract (Beta vulgaris L. - 6g/10ml) water, arabinogalactans, magnesium oxide, carrot fiber (Daucus carota L.), amino acids: methionine, tyrosine, lysine, glycine, tryptophan, antioxidants: ascorbic acid, alpha-tocopherol, manganese gluconate, vitamins: B6, B1, B8, aromas that include essential oils of: basil, bay leaf, celery, fennel.

Magnesium 188 mg, Manganese 0.25 mg, Vitamin B6 0.25 mg, Vitamin B1 0.20 mg, Vitamin B8 (biotin) 8.75 µg, Methionine 12.4 mg, Tyrosine 11.0 mg, Lysine 9.3 mg, Glycine 6.2 mg, Tryptophan 3.1 mg, Dietary fiber 0.23 g.
