How to take Artichoke and Pau d'Arco Plus?
It is recommended to take preferably before meals.
Precautions
Do not use in case of pregnancy or lactation. Not recommended for children under 12 years old. In high doses Pau D´Arco can cause some gastrointestinal problems, such as nausea and vomiting. Artichoke can cause some transient gastrointestinal disorders (flatulence, diarrhea, and feeling hungry). Not recommended in case of biliary obstruction or gallbladder stone.
