Properties and benefits of Korean red ginseng
The ginseng root is the part of a short and tortuous plant that has been used since ancient times in the East as a medicinal panacea, to cure a multitude of conditions. It owes its properties to its richness in saponin glycosides called "Gingenosides", among others. Powerful nervous stimulant, increases fatigue resistance time, improves cold tolerance, is hypoglycemic (increases insulin production and regulates glycogen formation) and lipid-lowering (reducing cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood).
How to take Korean red ginseng?
It is recommended to take 1 ml three times a day, alone or dissolved in water.
Precautions
Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of little kids. It cannot be consumed by people with antidiabetic treatment.

Composition of Korean red ginseng
Humectant: Glycerin (E422), Water, Korean red Ginseng dry extract (Panax ginseng CA Meyer, root), Preservatives: Potassium sorbate (E202) and Sodium benzoate (E 211).
