The Korean red ginseng root is part of a short, tortuous plant that has been used in the East since ancient times as a medicinal panacea to cure a multitude of conditions.
Properties and benefits of Korean red ginseng
It owes its properties, among others, to its richness in saponin glycosides called "Gingenosides".
It is a powerful nervous stimulant since it increases fatigue resistance time, improves cold tolerance, is hypoglycemic (increases insulin production and regulates glycogen formation) and lipid-lowering (reduces lipoproteins and triglycerides in the blood).
How to take Korean red ginseng?
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 capsules a day, preferably in the morning.
Precautions
Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of little kids. It cannot be consumed by people with antidiabetic treatment.

Keep in a cool and dry place.
Composition of Korean red ginseng
Maltodextrin, stabilizer: microcrystalline cellulose (E 460), coating agent (capsule): cellulose, Korean red ginseng extract (Panax ginseng Meyer, root), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate (E 470b).

Korean red ginseng (128 mg) of which gingenosides (102 mg).
