How to take Hypericum, Ginkgo and Siberian Ginseng Extract?

St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum), Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel)), Capsule wall (cellulose (HPMC)), Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus), Japanese temple tree (Ginkgo biloba), Anti-caking agent ( magnesium stearate).
For 2 capsules:
Hypericum perforatum (St. John's wort) herba extract standardized to a minimum of 0.3% hypericin (300 mg), Ginkgo biloba (Japanese temple tree) folia extract, standardized to a minimum of 24% ginkgo flavone glycosides, minimum 6% terpene lactones of ginkgo and less than 5 ppm ginkgolic acids (50 mg), Eleutherococcus senticosus (Siberian Ginseng) radix extract, standardized to a minimum of 0.8% total eleutherosides (80 mg).
