Longlife Fennel is a fennel supplement titrated to 1% in essential oil, indicated for digestive function, regular intestinal motility, the elimination of gases, the drainage of body fluids and the contrast of menstrual cycle disorders.
Properties and benefits of Fennel
Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) Is a spontaneous plant that grows in the temperate regions of Europe, native to the shores of the Mediterranean from which it spread towards the East, up to India.
Fennel preparations are traditionally used for the symptomatic treatment of gastrointestinal disorders (bloating, flatulence and irritable bowel), mild spasms (cramps) associated with the menstrual cycle.
It is also used as a secretolytic and expectorant to promote the expulsion of mucus in case of cough associated with a cold.
It is common practice in some Eastern countries to offer dried or glazed fennel fruits at the end of the meal to stimulate digestion and refresh the breath.
How to take Fennel?
It is recommended to take 1 capsule 2-3 times a day with water at the end of the meal.
