How to take Father Michel's syrup?

We recommend taking 4 measuring spoons of 5 ml per day.

Composition of Father Michel's syrup

For 20 ml:

Propolis (289.5 mg), Copper (3 mg), Magnesium (1,425 mg), Zinc (0.27 mg), Manganesio (0.27 mg), Aqueous solution of trace elements, fructose, Zinc sulfate, Propolis, Magnesium sulfate, Thymus vulgaris L. Lamiaceae (Thyme), Salvia officinalis L. Lamiaceae (Salvia), Eucalyptus globulus Labill. Myrtaceae (Eucalyptus), Melaleuca leucadendron L. var. Cajaputi R. Myrtaceae (Cajeput), Melaleuca leucadendron L. var. Viridifl now Myrtaceae (Niaouli), Manganese sulphate Copper sulphate.
