Indian Sandalwood (Amyris balsamifera) essential oil from Zentrity.

How to take Indian sandalwood essential oil?

Oral route - established maximum daily dose?
2 drops on a neutral support, 2 times a day.

Respiratory route - established maximum daily dose?
3 drops in an aroma diffuser or humidifier.

Topical use - established maximum daily dose?
Mix 5 drops in 10 ml of vegetable oil.

*Neutral support: olive oil, sunflower, (actually any vegetable oil for oral use), honey, agave, a little bread.

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Storage conditions

Keep the container closed, in a cool, dry place and protected from light.
