Properties and benefits of Echinacea

Echinacea is a plant in the daisy family. There are several species of echinacea, but few are used for their properties.

Echinacea contributes to the proper function of the immune system and is used as a complementary treatment for the health of the respiratory tract , especially to alleviate the symptoms of the common cold .

How to take Echinacea?

Take 2 to 3 tablets twice a day, divided between the main meals. Do not exceed the expressly recommended dose.

Composition of Echinacea

For 1 tablet:

Purple echinacea (250 mg), Echinacea angustifolia (250 mg), Maltodextrin (100 mg), Microcrystalline cellulose (100 mg).
