How to take Climaphyt?

Composition of Climaphyt

Cimicifuga root dry extract (Cimicifuga racemosa (L.) Nutt, 2.5% triterpene glycosides), Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), Sage leaf dry extract (Salvia officinalis, 2.5% rosmarinic acid), Extract Red Clover leaf dry extract (Trifolium pratense L., 8% isoflavones), Valerian root dry extract (Valeriana officinalis, 0.3% valerenic acids), Lemon balm leaf dry extract (Melissa officinalis, 2.5% acid rosmarinic), Bulking agent (anhydrous dicalcium phosphate), Glazing agent: Eudraguard biotic (methyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and methacrylic acid copolymer) and anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide).

For 3 tablets:
Cimicifuga root dry extract (900 mg) including triterpene glycosides (22.50 mg), Salvia leaf dry extract (450 mg) including rosmarinic acid (11.25 mg), Clover leaf dry extract red (450 mg) of which isoflavones (36 mg), Valerian root dry extract (450 mg) of which Valerenic acids (1.35 mg), Lemon balm leaf dry extract (450 mg) of which Acid rosmarinic (11.25 mg)
