Description

Berberina aristata from Cfn is a food supplement made from barberry extract with berberine that can provide nutritional support for normal digestive function.

Ideal for SIBO, irritable colon with predominance of diarrhea or mixed. It is a powerful antibacterial, antifungal and antiparasitic.

Indication

• Irritable colon: inflammation, dysbiosis by pathogenic bacteria.
• Antibacterial: Berberine has positive effects in the treatment of most infections that usually cause diarrhea. Among them, those caused by Escherichia coli and Vibrio cholerae, Salmonella or Shigella stand out. It has a synergistic effect with common antibiotics, making it an effective therapeutic tool against antibiotic-resistant bacterial infections. This beneficial effect is reinforced taking into account that it does not harm saprophytic bacteria.
• Antifungal : Studies have shown an antifungal effect against strains of Candida and Cryptococcus neoformans resistant to fluconazole, as well as against the biofilm form of Candida spp.
• Antiparasitic.
• Prebiotic: Indirectly promotes the growth of Akkermansia spp., by stimulating the secretion of intestinal mucin.
• Effects on the intestinal microbiota: capable of increasing the amount of short-chain fatty acid-producing bacteria in the intestine, thus improving the barrier function, reducing inflammation and generating a lower possibility of the proliferation of pathogenic flora.

Intake mode

Take 1 to 3 capsules a day before meals with half a glass of water or according to professional prescription.

Precautions

This supplement is not recommended in pregnant women due to the presence of Berberine, which can increase uterine contractions. Also not recommended for breastfeeding women, children and adolescents or people with liver or heart problems; they should see a doctor.
