How to take Bearberry Extract (XXI Formula)?
It is recommended in adults to take 2 or 3 times a day diluted with a little water. In children, the following doses: between 6 and 12 years old, half the adult intake; from 5 years: 8 drops 3 times a day; from 4 years: 6 drops 3 times a day; from 3 years: 5 drops 3 times a day; from 2 years: 3 drops 3 times a day; from 1 year: 2 drops 3 times a day.
Precautions
Shake before use. Squeeze the dropper and wait a few seconds. It can increase the effects of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like indomethacin. Medicines or foods that acidify urine decrease the action of blueberries. Do not use for long periods of time or when there is kidney inflammation. Its prolonged use can cause constipation, irritation of the digestive mucosa, alteration of the retina and liver overload.
