How to take Bach® Flowers Original Wild Oat?
The 38 Bach® Original Flowers are available in a 20 ml dropper bottle. They are easy to use and are taken orally 4 times a day
For 1 Flower: Two drops directly in the mouth or in half a glass of water.
Up to 7 Flowers: Mix two drops of each Bach Flower with mineral water in a 30 ml bottle. Take four drops of the mixing bottle directly into your mouth. There is no set duration for taking Bach® Original Flowers.
For the most persistent emotions, it is advisable to take them for 3 weeks. For point emotions, it's up to everyone to take stock of their emotional balance.
