Composition of Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha root dry extract (Withania somnifera, 5% withanolides), Capsule: glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), Bamboo trunk dry extract (Bambusa arundinacea, 70% silica) and Anti-caking agent (stearate of magnesium).

For 1 capsule:
Ashwagandha root dry extract (500 mg) of which 5% withanolides (25 mg), Bamboo trunk dry extract (15 mg) of which 70% silica (10.5 mg)
