How to take artichoke tablets?

It is recommended to take 2 tablets twice a day with meals.

Precautions

Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of little kids. Avoid consumption together with medications and other fiber-based food supplements. Excessive consumption of fructooligosaccharides can cause intestinal discomfort.

Micronized artichoke (Cynara scolymus L.), Artichoke extract (Cynara scolymus L.), Fructooligosaccharides (Chicory (Cichorium intybus L., root), Bulking agent: Calcium phosphate (E-341), Maltodextrin and Anti-caking agents: Silica (E551 ), Magnesium stearate (E470b).
