How to take Duplo Pack Priorin?

Bulking agent: Wheat germ oil, millet extract, gelling agent: gelatin, humectant: glycerol, thickener: yellow beeswax, calcium D-pantothenate, emulsifier: lecithin, purified water, L-cystine, stabilizer: magnesium oxide, color: iron oxide brown, iron oxide red, titanium dioxide, aroma: vanillin, color: iron oxide yellow, D-biotin, aroma: p-methoxyacetophenone.

For 1 capsule:

Millet extract 210 mg, L-Cystine 3 mg, D-Biotin 100 µg, Pantothenic acid 14 mg.
