How to take Body sun protection pack?

OlioVita Protect de Vitae

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day.

For prolonged and/or intense exposure, take 2 capsules per day.

Sun Tanning oil for face and body SPF30 by Nuxe

We recommend that you apply Nuxe Sun sun oil generously before going out into the sun. Reapply the product frequently, especially after bathing or after drying. If not enough product is applied, the level of sun protection will be significantly reduced.

Precautions

The abuse of the sun is dangerous. Avoid exposure to the sun during the hottest hours.
