Description

Lamberts Multi-Guard for Kids, can be used in conjunction with other food supplements such as our Chewable Calcium and Omega 3 for Kids. Good nutrition is important for children, particularly in periods of rapid growth or when the child spends a lot of energy doing sports or other activities.

In these stages a vitamin complex plays an essential role. Unfortunately this is an age when certain foods are poorly liked and eating hobbies can jeopardize the required nutritional level of the diet.

Properties and benefits of Multi-Guard for kids

The vitamin D present in this formula is necessary for the normal growth and development of bones; iodine contributes to the normal growth of children and iron to cognitive development. Our Multi-Guard® for Kids multivitamin and mineral complex can be used in conjunction with other food supplements such as our Chewable Calcium and Omega 3 for Kids.

Calcium is important for the development of children's bones and Omega 3 contributes to their normal development. Provides adequate levels of all important trace vitamins and minerals, which may be suitable for ages 4 to 14 years, with one tablet daily for up to 10 years and two tablets for the older age group.

How to take Multi-Guard for kids?

It is suggested that children 4 to 10 years old chew one tablet daily and children 11 years of age and older chew two tablets daily.

Precautions

This product contains iron, which taken in excess, can be harmful for very young children. Keep out of your sight and reach. Excessive consumption can produce laxative effects. A dark yellow discoloration of the urine is normal. This is harmless and indicates that the body uses Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) effectively.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and out of the reach of young children.

Vitamin A (400 μg), Folic Acid (100 μg), Calcium (80 mg), Iodine (75 μg), Biotin (75 μg), Vitamin C (60 mg), Magnesium (45 mg), Chromium (25 μg) , Selenium (20 μg), Niacin (9 mg), Vitamin E (5 mg), Zinc oxide (4 mg), Pantothenic acid (3 mg), Iron (2.8 mg), Vitamin D (2.5 μg), Inositol ( 1mg), Vitamin B6 (1mg), Choline Bitartrate (1mg), Riboflavin (0.8mg), Thiamine (0.7mg), Vitamin B12 (0.5mg).
