Multi-guard Control

Description

Multi Guard Control provides 26 nutrients at relevant levels including, per daily dose, 200µg of chromium GTF, probably the best known blood sugar control nutrient.

300mg of magnesium have been included because it is a component of several enzymes involved in the breakdown of blood sugar and that it acts as a second messenger for insulin activity at the cell membrane level. The formula is specifically designed to help the body maintain a more even balance of its energy reserves between meals.

Properties and benefits of Multi-guard Control

It also contains 150mg of alpha lipoic acid as research has shown that it can activate the insulin signaling cascade in cells and is therefore implicated in blood sugar control. Furthermore, studies in individuals with imbalances have shown that alpha lipoic acid can improve glucose uptake by improving the cells' response to insulin.

Studies have confirmed that cinnamon has a positive effect on glucose metabolism in individuals with an imbalance in blood sugar. Experiments with cinnamon have indicated that it could act by activating the insulin receptor, increasing insulin sensitivity. In a study of people with blood sugar imbalances, cinnamon lowered LDL and total cholesterol levels, along with sugar levels. This suggests that cinnamon may also be beneficial in reducing risk factors associated with blood sugar disorders. Therefore, we have incorporated a total of 2,000mg of cinnamon in our product, reflecting our policy of formulating our products with relevant concentrations.

Other nutrients that have also been shown to help improve glucose utilization are: zinc, vitamin C, and particularly vitamins B1, B3, and B6. All included in significant quantities.

How to take Multi-guard Control?

Take 2 tablets a day, preferably one with breakfast and one with lunch or dinner.

Precautions

This product contains iron which, taken in excess, can be harmful to very young children. Keep out of your sight and reach.

Do not ingest by pregnant or lactating women.

Prolonged consumption of this amount of Vitamin B6 can cause mild tingling and numbness. This product is not recommended for pregnant or lactating women.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and out of the reach of young children.
