How to take Ginesitol Prisma Prem?
It is recommended to take 1 sachet a day, dissolve in a glass of water (approx. 150ml).
Composition of Ginesitol Prisma Prem
For 1 envelope:
Myo-inositol (2 g), D-chiro-inositol (222.2 mg), Manganese gluconate (48 mg)(5.25 mg manganese), Zinc citrate (44 mg)(13.5 mg zinc ), Vitamin b6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride)(1.8mg), Folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid)(400μg), Sodium selenite (0.12mg)(54μg selenium), Vitamin D (cholecalciferol)(7 0.5 g), Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) (2.5 μg).
