I take one capsule a day with my main meal because I notice that they are a little strong on my stomach and if I keep it empty they hurt me. I started taking them because I was having dermatitis and acne outbreaks. In combination with topical treatments I have noticed improvement, but I cannot know for sure how much each product has contributed.

Tomo una cápsula al día con la comida principal porque noto que a mí me son un poco fuertes en el estómago y si lo tengo vacío me hacen daño. Las empecé a tomar porque estaba teniendo brotes de dermatitis y acné, en combinación con los tratamientos tópicos he notado mejoría, pero no puedo saber a ciencia cierta cuánto ha contribuido cada producto.
