How to take L-Optizinc?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day.

Ingredients:
Zinc (zinc monomethionine OptiZinc), Copper (amino acid chelate), Rice flour, Gelatin (capsule), Anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate (vegetable source)).

For 1 capsule:
Zinc (30 mg), Copper (0.3 mg).
