How to take Sinaler Plus?
It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day, preferably with a meal.

Composition of Sinaler Plus
Bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose and calcium phosphate), Gelatin (Wrap), Dry extract of black currant (Ribes nigrum L -leaves-)(1.14% flavonoids), Dry extract of fumitory (Fumaria officinalis -herb-)(2 % flavones), dry extract of helichrysum (helicrysum Italicum -flower-), dry extract of pine (pinus Pinaster -bud-), dry extract of perilla (perilla frutescens -seed-) (2.5% polyphenols), manganese gluconate, Anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide).
For 1 capsule:
Black Currant dry extract (50 mg) of which flavonoids (0.57 mg), Fumaria dry extract (10 mg) of which flavones (0.2 mg), Helichrysum dry extract (10 mg), Pine dry extract (10 mg), Perilla dry extract (10 mg) of which Polyphenols (0.25 mg), Manganese (1 mg)
