Principium Magnesio Complete by Principium-Biosline is a Magnesium supplement from 4 different sources: pidolate, carbonate, citrate and marine (extracted from sea water with an evaporation process). Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal muscle function and helps to reduce fatigue and tiredness.

The formulation is completed by Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), a short-chain prebiotic fiber.
It is shown to contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal muscle function. Magnesium also helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
How to take Principium Magnesium complete?
Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass of water (at least 200 ml), preferably lukewarm. Mix well and drink. We recommend one to two sachets throughout the day, away from meals.
Precautions
Gluten free, lactose free, suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Only powder format sweetened with Stevia. Read the warnings on the packaging.

Acidifier: citric acid; Magnesium carbonate, antioxidant: ascorbic acid; Fructooligosaccharides (2%), citrus flavour, Magnesium citrate, Marine magnesium (oxide, hydroxide, sulphate, carbonate and chloride), Magnesium pidolate, sweetener: steviol glycosides; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; stabilizer: sucrose esters of fatty acids; cholecalciferol.
